A few years ago, we were like most companies trying to write a "Mission Statement" for our company. We struggled with the entire concept because it didn't seem to be specific enough to give absolute direction to those that were associated with our company. We finally decided that a "Commitment Statement" was more appropriate for our vision of what we wanted to accomplish as a manufacturer, and we strive to maintain this vision with each and every product group that we make under our roof.
