Standard Features

• Bedbar Mounting System - Industrial permanent magnets establish the mounting plane providing a solid surface for holding the bedbar during set-up. Center supports provide additional rigidity for grinding heavy knives.
• Fast Set-up - Change from front to top face angles takes only seconds as the operator easily rotates a lever. A permanently mounted and easy to read protractor system provides fast angle set-up and repeatability of desired OEM angles.
• Safety Interlocked - A safety interlocked, clear polycarbonate enclosure cover retains coolant mist, shields the operator, and will shut the machine off if inadvertantly opened.
• Easy Alignment - Dual adjusting handles on the outside of the grinder provide quick alignment and fast “touch-off” set-up.
• Single point in-feed – The ability to in-feed in .001" increments while being assured that the knife remains in perfect alignment.
• Water Coolant System – Self contained tank and pump holds two gallons of coolant to keep the knife cool and aids in an aggressive, quick, yet fine finish grind.
• Diamond Dresser – is permanently mounted and stores easily out of the way. Due to the unique design, it requires very minimal adjustments making dressing very quick.
• Rigid Construction – Heavy duty weldment design of the machine guarantees tolerances beyond any current standards for manually operated bedknife grinders
