• "Automatic Alignment of the Bedknife" - This unique mounting set-up provides two spring loaded alignment pins. Snug the front edge of the bedknife to the pins, turn on the magnets, and release the pins; Perfect alignment completed.
• "Automatic Angle Stops" - A small finger mounted to a perfectly engineered mounting bar and casting, allows for perfect angles on the front and top faces of all knives.
• "Unique Bed Bar Mounting System" - Use of set-up alignment pins and industrial magnets allow the bed bar assembly to remain straight and stable throughout the grinding process.
• "Front Face to Top Face Change" - The powered motion of the tooling bar and mounting system simplifies and quickens the change from grinding the front to top surface. With the auto-angle/alignment, the operator simply infeeds.
• "Flood Coolant" - Controls dust and allows for fast grinding time by keeping the bedknife cool during the grind. Aids in producing a high quality surface finish.
• "Diamond Wheel Dresser" - This permanently attached dresser stores easily out of the way during grinding and requires minimal adjustments for use. Re-dress easily and quickly.
